Press Release Body = London, UK, February 13, 2007 - Author Lisa McDowell is
following the success of her e-book "Cure Gout Now" with a new resource to help gout
sufferers. The release of McDowell's free Gout Newsletter, which is published and
sent to subscribers' mailboxes on a weekly basis adds a whole new level of support.

There are over two million gout sufferers in the United States alone, says the
National Institute of Health. Among these sufferers, nine out of ten are men and the
majority of those men are between the ages of 40 and 50. In the case of women, it
most frequently occurs as they enter menopause, and into their 60's in conjunction
with the weight gain that is common at that age.

Lisa McDowell's first contact with gout was through her partner, whom she watched
suffer through the incredible pain of the disease. She wanted to be able to do
something other than simply sit back and watch her partner suffer, and began her
research into the disease, and natural treatments to reduce the pain that it causes.

In her research, and through her partner, she learned that gout's pain is enormous.
It is so severe that gout sufferers avoid going out or even moving excessively. The
pain consists of throbbing, swelling, stiffness, tenderness, and an overall awful
feeling. The pain is not the only discomfort felt by gout sufferers; they also
struggle as they feel forced to sit and watch their lives go by, just in case their
symptoms flare up. Even the little things that used to be taken for granted are
suddenly unattainable.

However, McDowell also discovered that medical professionals today have discovered
that though there is no cure for gout, there are natural, practical, and effective
treatments through diet and other holistic methods, which can both relieve symptoms
and prevent them from returning in the future.

This is the focus of the free Gout Newsletter that McDowell is releasing on a weekly
basis. She aims to use this newsletter to help sufferers stop the disruptive pain of
gout by using all-natural treatments.
